Lake Trucking Company is one of the nation’s leading transportation companies specializing in highly perishable, refrigerated products and time-sensitive shipments. At Lake Trucking, we have a 20,000 square foot frozen and refrigerated facility, over 100 years of logistics experience with our dedicated personnel, and the most modern equipment to handle any refrigerated or frozen products. To accomplish this, we lease our tractors and trailers from a national full service lessor (Ryder). This twenty year relationship provides us with late model, well-maintained, and reliable equipment to service your needs. Through this relationship, we are able to operate our fleet to its fullest capability.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Less-Than Truck Load (LTL)

We specialize in Less Than Truck Load (LTL) shipments, which allows you to ship with Lake Trucking despite the size of your shipment. Lake Trucking has the infrastructure such as terminals, local pickup and delivery trucks and staff that is required to put LTL loads together. This allows us to perform timely refrigerated LTL shipping out of Florida. In addition, as an established and efficient LTL carrier, we can also perform Truck Load (TL) shipments with ease.

We operate refrigerated trailers and straight trucks, all capable of delivering your cargo to its destination as fresh as it was at departure time.

We specialize in highly perishable refrigerated products. Keenly aware of the importance of timely delivery, we have been transporting perishable items for satisfied customers for over fifty years. On a daily basis we carefully handle fresh consumables such as seafood, fresh meat, dairy products, and produce, as well as delicate plants and cut flowers.
